My role as an adjunct professor has further enriched my approach, allowing me to blend academic insights with practical, real-world applications.

With over a decade of experience in training, facilitating, and teaching in academia, my journey is defined by a deep commitment to lifelong learning and development. As a certified coach, trainer, and speaker through the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, I specialize in cultivating leadership excellence, enhancing team synergy, and fostering personal growth.
